- You ship me the amp, use good packaging, remember how much it costed you to ship it. It should cost the same or at least similar to have it shipped back from me to you.

WHY ONLY UPS, FedEx, OR USPS?
DHL and others Do not do many deliveries in my area. May cause serious delays in shipping your amp to me if you use DHL or others.
- I receive the amp, check it out, then I email or call YOU with a repair quote.
- If you decide not to repair it, you send me a paypal payment for the shipping costs to ship the amp back to you or if you don't want it back I will dispose of it or use it for parts. I do not charge any labor fees if I do not repair the amplifier for you, so it only costs you the shipping.
- If you decide to repair it, you send me a paypal payment for the repair costs + the shipping costs to ship it back to you. HOWEVER, sometimes it will be less expensive for me to ship it to you, than you paid to ship it to me. I think the UPS Stores's and other places maybe charging some of you extra fees. I have my own scale, and my own UPS account, dB-r gets discounts on shipping from UPS, and I will weigh the packages before I ship them back to get an exact quote if I think you may have overpaid for your initial shipping. We want to save you money, believe it or not.
ALL REPAIRS ARE SHIPPED BACK EITHER UPS OR USPS!
If you sent UPS, you will receive back from UPS, if you use USPS you will likely receive back UPS. You will not receive FedEx if you shipped FedEx, we do not have a FedEx shipping account. ALL AMPS ARE SENT BACK UPS OR USPS. If you sent FedEx or Other, we will weigh your package and give you exact shipping costs via UPS or USPS for the return shipping of your amp. We usually get much better rates via UPS because of the volume that we ship with them, so most of the time, it will cost half of what it cost you to ship your amp to us, for us to ship your amp back to you.
I do not charge handling fees so it should cost the same or less to ship it back to you as it did to ship it to me. I reuse your box and packing material that you shipped it to me with. I do UPS or USPS. NO DHL please because they cannot find my location, so I may not receive your amp for weeks if you send it DHL. Use UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If your amp will safely fit into a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate box, this will be the fastest and cheapest method. Ask them for a Priority Mail Flat Rate Box, the boxes are FREE and the shipping service is $8.95 currently (weight does NOT matter), that is CHEAP and FAST.

- After you receive your amplifier, you must notify me. Let me know so I can start your warranty period. All Internet repairs have a 30 day warranty from the date you receive the amplifier back from repair. If there are any problems you should let me know as soon as possible. Shipping Costs are NOT included in the warranty. Sorry, but my prices are so low as it is that I am unable to pay for shipping on warranty items. You will still be responsible for all shipping costs. So take extra care when you receive your amplifier back from repair. Make sure you install it correctly and do not exceed the recommended impedance load. This is your Ohms load. If you have questions concerning the proper ohm load for your amplifier, please feel free to ask.
